Join us for a fun filled season of running, sportsmanship and fun racing with friends!

 

Runners K-8th grade and of all levels and abilities are welcome the only requirement is a love of running! Athletes are divided into groups based on age and ability. 

 

Fall 2024 Practice Schedule

August 19th-November 13, 2024

Post season for Junior Olympics-

November 16-December 14th, 2024

Monday/Wednesday 4:30pm-5:45pm at Luther Burbank

Saturday 8:30am-9:45am at Island Crest Park Turf*

*on Saturdays we do not have XC meets

Cost for the full season-$400 includes race fees (with the exception of post season Junior Olympic cross country meets), all training sessions and a uniform top​

Cost for a partial season-$150 1 x practice per week and 1-2 races. This is a great option for middle school runners who want to continue on with their season or for athletes busy with other sports but would still like to give cross country a try and gain conditioning.

Oct 12 - Cascade Striders XC meet, Robinswood Park, Bellevue

Oct 19 - Rainier Beach Goose Chase, Genessee Park, Seattle

Oct 26 - Rain City Flyers XC meet, Woodland Park, Seattle

Nov 16 - Junior Olympic Association Championship meet, Magnuson Park, Seattle

Nov 23 - Junior Olympic Regional 13 Championship, Chambers Bay Regional Park, Tacoma*

Dec 14 - Junior Olympic National Championship Meet, Tom Sawyer State Park, Louisville, KY* (this may change to Lexington, KY)
