Winter Conditioning

Goals of our Bluebirds winter conditioning program are as follows-

 

To build Endurance, with running drills and hill intervals.

To enhance Strength, with body weight exercises and med ball exercises.

To increase Agility, with agility ladders exercises and bilateral and lateral movement.

To develop Flexibility, with stretching and balance exercises.

To be Ready, for the upcoming spring sports season.

To have FUN!

Ages: K-8, athletes will be split into workout groups according to age

When: Monday/Wednesday 4:15-5:15pm for 9 weeks

Dates : January 13th-March 19th, we will not meet the week of mid-winter break (Feb 17th-21st)

Where: Monday/Wednesday @ Luther Burbank Firetruck Playground (south entrance)
