Winter Conditioning

Winter Conditioning is designed to help athletes:
Build Endurance with running drills and hill intervals
Enhance Strength with bodyweight and med ball exercises
Increase Agility with agility ladder exercises as well as bilateral and lateral movement
Be Ready for the upcoming spring sports season
Have Fun
grades K-8 welcome. Athletes will be split into workout groups based on age.
